The staff - very friendly and professional. Cozy room with exclusive view, 2 sofa bed, utensils. Great facilities there.

I enjoyed neat room complete with exclusive view, nice facilities plus bedroom. The pretty friendly staff provided all the necessary info. The hotel had a secluded location away from the key town area.

The breakfast itself was a little limited, can be better.

Our accommodation was set in a secluded location very close to other activities, and other ski resorts. Furthermore, to the ski area or Seicomart. The room we had was neat and well-appointed with exclusive view of mount yotei and the staff was incredible!

Clean property, services were great and location was marvellous and peaceful right at the central area of Hirafu area. Location: the hotel was near to hirafu gondola, and other restaurants. Niseko Village Ski district was worth visiting.

This place is located in a perfect spot. It is away from the hustle-bustle of the town but still close to the central Hirafu area. The shuttle service was really convenient to use. They have all the amenities that I needed in my room- from a washing machine to a flat-screen TV. Staff was very friendly and eager to help me with anything I needed.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

The staff are amazingly helpful and especially helpful and deserve a 4-star rating. The location is lovely and good, it's so close to other ski resorts in Hirafu area, the best restraunts, and the ski area.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Niseko. The first thing that impressed me was the attention to detail and the well-maintained facilities. The hotel looks new and everything was in excellent condition. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice facilities like a TV with Netflix access. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, being right in the central area of Hirafu. I found this hotel to be a fantastic option for the price.

One area that could be improved is the hotel's shuttle service. Although it was convenient to have a shuttle available, it would have been even better if it ran more frequently than once per hour.

Staff is wonderfully helpful and genuinely helpful and you can park your car on site. There is a nice size rooms with luxury bathrooms.

All the rooms are a nice size with nice facilities and the staff is very amiable. The breakfast is delicious except for the coffee, has savoury food.
